A community-focused residential development designed to cater to joint families and college students. It balances privacy and connection, with thoughtfully designed units sharing a common courtyard and community garden to foster interaction.
This Project Includes Two Unit Types
Studio Apartments - Compact units for students living away from home. Positioned for privacy while maintaining connection to communal spaces.
Two-Story Family Units - Designed for joint families, with a second-level room for grandparents or teenagers who require privacy. Each unit features a separate kitchen and entrance, connected to the main unit via a staircase, ensuring independence while maintaining connection.
The housing design is organized around a central courtyard and community garden, acting as a semi-private shared space that supports social interaction and outdoor activities. At a smaller scale, both unit types share a micro-courtyard, designed to create informal encounters and build stronger neighborly connections. The metal-panel façade helps regulate sunlight and temperature while bringing in natural light. A vertical void runs through the apartment stacks, providing ventilation, daylight, and visual connections through indoor balconies.
